One of the attributions of engineering is the real estate evaluations, being this an activity regulated for the
CREA (Self-Regulating Body of the Engineering Profession and Architecture) and for the
ABNT (Brazilian Association of Norms Techniques). An appraisal involves an ample analysis of the property including technical aspects, production and marketing. For each evaluation the adjusted strategy will be chosen, a time that the engineering of evaluations developed diverse methodologies that can be adapted to the some situations, offering the best alternative in each case.
The patrimonial evaluation has many purposes, such as: selling, fiscal adjustments, legal regularization, rental values, legal action, patrimonial update, etc. Such service consists of the use of adjusted numerical methods, type and purpose of the property to determinate its value. The appraisal techniques are in constant evolution and follow the necessities and changes of the real estate market. The result of the evaluation will determinate the real transaction or the liquidation value.
